Scrambled eggs with Serrano peppers, cilantro and lime zest. Sweet potato hash with white onions, garlic, coriander, cinnamon, ground coffee and pasilla negra dried peppers. Braised kale with red onions, lime juice and butter. Refried pinto beans with cumin, onion, garlic, and chili. With a sweet corn, poblano, jalepeño purée as a sauce. AMAZING. All of this and all I did was grate the cheese! 😎
